Service Description
This is your moment for us to get to the root of health and happiness. The initial consultation is designed to determine if 1-on-1 health coaching is the right choice for you. It will include an interview questionnaire/intake form to help me understand more fully your needs and goals, lifestyle and reasons why you seek out health coaching.
